Stability studies are essential to assess sensitivity of formulations to factors that can
influence their biological activity, product safety and quality. Cold stability assessment is
equally important; however, collecting data at this temperatures is challenging due to low
degradation kinetics and limited methodology.
Smartfreez’s Cold Stability Accelerator (CSA) provides a rapid method for conducting
isothermal stability studies below freezing temperatures, enabling the analysis of protein
aggregation mechanisms and the effectiveness of selected cryoprotectants.
